’bout getting an update ↓
Totally got the dates wrong. Ex Mercury was held yesterday, not Wednesday or Thursday. A total shame-faced moment.
It wasn’t that bad though, the exercise was from about eight in the morning and ended slightly before four thirty in the late afternoon.
So it wasn’t all that bad.
Actually I would have helped out if only I did some of the workload. I completely left out any work on Friday.
Well blame someone for hogging the counter. I mean, seriously he needs to just take a break. Homeboy needs to know there are laws against these sort things.
I mean, he was not letting anyone touch the sets without his permission. A total control freak I must profess.
It totally made me just want to get out of there.
Which is what I did of course. Duh!
I spent the whole day at HF instead. Go figure.
A lazy afternoon today is. I really wouldn’t mind just strolling near the beach with the sand and wind. It would be so good for my feet as well.
No such luck today.
The breeze is good today though. Lunch is still not around. And for the record, neither is breakfast.
I’ll still trying to master touch typing, but my fingers just move everywhere. So frustrating.
At this pace, no movie dates then this weekend. Not expecting much in the first place anyways.
My little pinkie on my right hand is recovering really fast, probably will heal completely within a week.
It seems so long ago when my little pinkie was slammed by a battery weighing some 1.3 kilograms, so I’m thankful with what I have now.
No really, I am thankful.
It’s just over half past two.
My delivery of my articles I ordered online is still not here yet. More errrh.
But it seems that I spent much of my time online surfing through sites just to find any nice things to get. I mean practical stuff of course.
But not until June 10, given how broke I am right now. But at least I spent it all quite well. I bought some new shirts and also a new pair of pants. I also bought books (a must) and also put aside some for savings’ purposes.
So being “broke” is quite a false statement. It’s more like Investing. However you look at it.
The week ahead is still going to be hectic, with some more last minute exercises. But given that the camp is going into lull soon, given the passing out of trainees, I think it will still be quite bare. But come August, it’s a 180 degree turn.
So, looking forward to that.
More news and deaths from Sino-Burma disasters.
I think by this time next year, I probably want to change my notebook. It’s good but I plan on getting something more portable. Windows or Mac? Certainly Windows for the foreseeable future. It’s more diverse in terms of manufacturers and certainly less issues with software interoperability. Macintosh certainly have their appeal — and fanbase — but it’s still quite the Windows world. And with 14pxer, more portable notebooks are getting more affordable with manufacturers competing to seize a bigger share of the demographics.
‘nough said.
